Kayvan clearly loves his work and the people with whom he works. I first met him on my doorstep during a neighbourhood visit, and I immediately warmed to him. He told me he'd recently toured another property built to the same floor plan as ours but which had been given some innovative upgrades to make he home more sellable, and offered to take me to see it for ideas even before we'd signed any paperwork. His curious attitude, sense of fun and genuine humility showed me that this was a man I wanted to do business with, and we signed shortly afterwards. Kayvan's endless patience and grace towards us and potential buyers for our home has really taken what can be a source of stress - particularly in a volatile market - and made it a very positive experience for both of us. I am very VERY happy that Kayvan made that neighbourhood visit and enthusiastically recommend him without reservation to anyone who asks - Kayvan has been a dream to work with and his willingness to go the extra ten miles has been nothing short of inspirational - thank you Kayvan for everything.
